Google API Services User Data Policy

AirCanvas's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Airtable Data Usage

Our application's use of information received from Airtable APIs will adhere to the Airtable API Terms of Service, including the requirements for handling and deleting user data.

We only request access to the data necessary for the functioning of our application, and we do not store your Airtable data beyond what is necessary for the application to function.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide our services:

Your Airtable connection details are stored until you disconnect your account
We do not store any of your Airtable data on our servers - we only access it through the API
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time

Airtable Base Selection

When connecting your Airtable account, you will:

Be asked to authorize access to specific bases
Have full control over which bases AirCanvas can access
Be able to revoke access at any time through your Airtable account settings

We only request the minimum permissions needed to provide our service: read and write access to records, and the ability to read base schema information.

Security

We take security seriously:

All data is transmitted over secure HTTPS connections
OAuth tokens are stored securely and encrypted
We regularly update our dependencies to patch security vulnerabilities
We use industry-standard security practices for authentication and data protection
